Rob gave up running during his young adult years to focus on family and career, but his return to the sport has him focused at age 52 on trying to achieve a goal that would be impressive at any age: breaking 3 hours in the Boston Marathon.

It also includes the return of the Coach’s Corner segment with Coach Buddy Weber and introduces the new Strong Mind, Stronger Runner segment with mental performance specialist Shannon Mulcahy. Our feature interview is with Christine Cherry. Christine is a former collegiate runner who made significant gains in 2019 after a few years away from the sport. However, a setback in early 2020 has her focused on improving her overall health…and hopes to help other runners by sharing information that could help them be healthier also.
